Who we are

IPv4 Depot is a brand of Silicon Desert International, Inc., 700 NE 24th St, Miami, FL 33137, United States ("IPv4 Depot", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through www.ipv4depot.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Questions about this policy or your information: sales@ipv4depot.com or 1.800.856.5960.

Information you give us

Contact form. Your name, email address, company, the service you're interested in, how you heard about us, and your message.

Chat assistant. Before the chat assistant answers, it asks for your name, email address and phone number. We receive those details together with the chat conversation and your answer to "How did you hear about IPv4 Depot?". If you leave the chat before submitting the form, any email address or phone number you already typed may still be sent to us so we can follow up.

Email and phone. Anything you send us directly, for example details of IP blocks you want to buy, sell or lease.

Information collected automatically

How you found us. When you first visit, the site records the website that referred you (for example Google, Bing or ChatGPT), the first page you landed on, any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and the date. This is stored in your own browser for up to 12 months and is only sent to us if you submit the contact form or chat. It doesn't include your name or contact details.

Your chat in progress. The current chat conversation is kept in your browser tab so it continues as you move between pages. It's cleared when you close the tab.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view and where they came from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP address. Google processes this information on our behalf. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information for each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes and follow up by email or phone about your inquiry.
  • To provide and manage the services you ask for, including IPv4 transfers and leases.
  • To understand which search engines, AI tools and websites bring visitors to us, and to improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and deliver your inquiries to us:

  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form and chat submissions to our email.
  • Google, for Google Analytics and for the fonts used on the site (your browser loads them from Google's servers).
  • GoDaddy, which hosts the website.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and chat information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to manage any business relationship that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your choices

  • You can use the site without submitting the contact form or chat.
  • You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time, and block Google Analytics with the opt-out add-on above.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@ipv4depot.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
  • Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiry information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
